Welcome to Hilltop Camp for Juvenile Delinquents, welcome to the most exciting years of your lives.
For years the camp at Hilltop has flourished to become one of the most known and renowned juvenile delinquents centers in the area. Teenagers of all ages are sent here to be punished for their crimes. The camp is told to be vicious, harsh and all around life-changing. But the rumors forget to mention one thing: not always is this change positive. Fights break out on camp grounds, and no one moves to stop them, graffiti and old cigarette butts cover the scenery in a morbid decorative fashion. No one is sure what will happen next in this crazy place. Teenage trouble-makers run around freely, listening to few of the rules of the camp, never is anything enforced. Sounds just like high school, right? There's one catch, nobody's ever been legally killed at any high school.
